Updating DNS Numbers in Windows XP
- Click Start and then Click on Control Panel.
- Once Control Panel opens, Click Network and Internet
Connections.
- Once this opens, under Pick a Task Click the line Set up or
change your Internet connection.
- Once this opens, click Settings.
- Once the settings box opens, click on Propeties.
- The following box will appear. Click on the Networking tab at
the top, then Double Click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the
center box.
- In the following box, click on the dot next to Use the following
DNS server addresses. Once there, Add the DNS numbers shown below.
Click OK at the bottom of this screen and also OK on the
Networking screen.
Your system is now configured properly.
