Question:
I received email saying I "Exceeded the
Simultaneous Connection Limit". What does it mean?
Answer:
When you receive this email, it means that
someone else is trying to log onto our server using the same username
and password that you are currently logged in under. This email is sent
out to users to inform them that it's possible someone else might have
their password without their consent or approval. If you get this
message and you don't know of anyone else that would know your account
information, you should
change your
account password immediately. If
you need assistance doing this, please call Technical Support at
800.599.1000.
You may also get this email if you have additional usernames on your
account and one or more of them tries to dial-up to the Internet at
the same time another username on the same account is connected.
